A-150 Pipe Crawler

The A-150 is a compact and highly portable pipe crawler, developed for fast and efficient inspections in smaller pipe diameters. This “next-generation” crawler is ideal for sewer and infrastructure applications where flexibility, ease of deployment, and reliability are paramount.

Full HD PTZ camera & precise positioning

The A-150 is equipped with a Full HD pan-tilt camera with 360° rotation and a wide tilt angle, enabling complete inspection of the pipe without repositioning. Thanks to the motorized lift arm, the camera can be accurately centered in pipes ranging from approximately 150 mm to 600 mm, ensuring consistent and high-quality inspection images. Powerful floodlights support clear visibility, even in dark or contaminated conditions.

Compact, portable, and quick to deploy

With a fully battery-powered system for both the crawler and the controller, the A-150 is completely independent of external power supply. With an operating time of up to approximately 8 hours, the system is ideal for remote inspections. The compact design and delivery in two robust transport cases make the system easy to transport by one person and quickly deployable on site.

Crawler drive & maximum traction

The A-150 utilizes a compact track belt (crawler drive), allowing it to easily overcome obstacles such as joints, mud, and dirt. For extra stability and grip, modular wheel kits can be added, tailored to different pipe materials and conditions. This ensures reliable movement in a wide range of inspection situations.

Hybrid deployment & flexible configuration

In addition to battery operation, the A-150 can be integrated into vehicle setups or hybrid systems. The thin tether, which serves exclusively for data transmission, increases mobility and makes the system light and easy to handle during inspections.

Robust and waterproof design

The crawler is constructed from stainless steel and anodized aluminum and designed for intensive use in harsh environments. With a waterproof housing up to 50 meters depth and a scratch-resistant camera dome, the A-150 continues to perform reliably under demanding conditions. Data, software & reporting

The A-150 supports integrations with inspection software and reporting tools, including PACP-compatible workflows and GIS connections. Inspections can be easily captured, analyzed, and shared, ranging from quick video recordings to comprehensive reports with location data and defect logging.

Smart features for efficient inspections

The A-150 is equipped with an integrated probe (512 Hz) for localization and a motorized cable reel with distance measurement, allowing defects to be precisely determined within the pipeline. This makes the system suitable not only for inspection but also for accurate analysis and reporting in the field.
