The A-200 is a powerful and versatile pipe crawler developed for professional inspections in sewers, pipelines, and other confined spaces. This “mission-ready” crawler is designed for situations where reliability, mobility, and image quality are essential, such as main pipeline inspections, stormwater management, and industrial applications.

Full HD PTZ Camera & Full View

The A-200 features a Full HD pan-tilt-zoom camera with 360° rotation and a wide tilt angle. This allows the operator to look in all directions without moving the crawler, ensuring more efficient work and a better overview. Combined with powerful LED lighting, sharp and usable images are captured even in dark or contaminated pipes.

Magnetic Drive & Robust Construction

The crawler is equipped with a magnetically coupled drive, which limits wear-prone seals and reduces maintenance to a minimum. The stainless steel and aluminum construction makes the A-200 resistant to harsh conditions, while the waterproof housing allows for deployment at depths of up to 50 meters.

Hybrid power & maximum flexibility

Thanks to hybrid power options, the A-200 can be operated using either internal batteries or via a tether with external power. This makes the system suitable for mobile on-site deployment, as well as for long-term inspections from a vehicle or fixed setup.

Modular deployment in various pipe diameters

The modular design makes the A-200 suitable for a wide range of pipe diameters. With interchangeable wheels and extensions, the crawler can be easily adapted to different conditions without compromising stability or traction.

Data, software & reporting

The A-200 integrates with professional inspection software and supports various reporting methods, from simple video recordings to comprehensive and standardized inspection reports. As a result, data is not only collected but immediately converted into actionable insights.
